Track changes
It's important to know what changes have been made to a project. With our Change Log you can
quickly see updates made to the project of it's lifetime.
When collaborating on a project, you can easily see who's made what changes by filtering for a specific
item, user, or timescale. These details can then be exported in pdf format. Forming perfect notes for providing
updates at progress meetings.

I’m Steve, Director of Development Appraisals Limited. I’ve designed the
application and written the code. Nothing has been outsourced. Quality and attention to detail is very important to me.

I have 13 years experience working as a client side Quantity Surveyor in Birmingham, England. I’ve been coding for
over a decade and my coding skill and construction experience have now combined to build
Development Appraisal software.
Having worked mainly on large commercial projects during this time I’ve seen numerous development appraisals.
During my final 2 years I developed a bespoke appraisal for a client who’s scheme was 15+ buildings with a
gross development value of over £1 billion.
This made me realise there was a gap in the market.
I felt the industry would benefit from software that gives the flexibility of Excel, allowing users to
tailor a project exactly how they wish, whilst removing the need to know how to write and edit complex
formulae. The client I worked with never touched the model for fear of breaking it. They were solely
reliant on me to make the changes.
I knew I could make an application that solved these issues for numerous people.
